Learn Korean! Useful sites on how to learn korean.
I like KOREA. The people, culture and tradition and especially the LANGUAGE. Who doesn’t want to learn Hangul when you love Kpop?
I suck at korean and just know some phrases which my boyfriend taught me. For example, 나를따나지마요 – Na reul ddeo na ji ma yo (Do not leave me); 다르녀자만나지마라 – Da reun yeo ja man na ji ma ra (Do not meet other girls); 죽을래; 바보 and so on. YEAH. I learn dangerous korean words LOL I want to learn Hangul, AS IN FLUENTLY but im too lazy to study it so there’s no hope for me.
EDIT: Due to my high intelligence about hangul. JUN (aisshhh jugule) who have read this post found enigmatical errors which I found RIGHT TO ME lol. So 나를따나지마요 should be 나를떠나지마요 and 다르녀자만나지마라 should be 다른여자만나지마라.
Instead, I’ll list useful sites that can help you with your Hangul ^^
1. Let’s learn Korean of KBS World
- Has 3 categories:
- Part 1 – Understanding the Korean language (Inc. Vowels and Consonants, Honorifics and so on)
- Part 2 – Upon Arrival in Korea (Consists of 20 Chapters Inc. Basic conversation, Transportation etc)
- Part 3 – Living in Korea (Have 10 Chapters Inc. Hobbies, Weather, Introducing oneself etc)
Haven’t checked the site that much but It’ll help you with your learning!
This site offers you a lot of categories that you would want to learn about Hangul so be sure to check it out! (AND even to my amusement they even teach swear words, sounds scary? LOL but there are some inaccuracies on some parts)
I think, the most DETAILED way to study Hangul. They offer audio files, PDF files and others that you can download! Really useful and helpful website but in order to view the PDF files you have to sign-up for 7-days trial period.
Then, that’s roughly it. With those sites I hope they can help you with your Hangul studies ^^ but the best way to learn is to mingle with the native and learn from it =]
